Our Nevada resident agents (registered agents) give you a physical address in Nevada to receive official mail for your business pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes. We have no control over your business. We provide you with mail forwarding services. If you also rent a PO box with us we forward by hand delivery into your private mailbox. If we receive legal service of process we forward it to you overnight by FedEx or same-day by IntelliQuick and send you an e-mail notification.
